What is Super 8’s?

Super 8’s is a winter and summer program that serves as a bridge between recreational soccer and competitive soccer. This program allows young players to work with highly qualified NMTR (North Metro & Three Rivers) coaches that create a fun and impactful environment. This program focuses on the individual player's skill development rather than winning and losing.

Cost: $150

Dates: Sundays;  January 5 - March 22

Time Slots:

(5:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

(6:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

What is Super 8’s?

Super 8’s is for players who:

  • Are born in 2012/2013 - if you are outside of these ages but are interested please, contact Brady Johnson  (bjohnson@threeriversssoccer.com)

  • Have previous soccer experience

  • Enjoy playing the game

  • Have the interest to play competitive soccer at U9/U10

Goals:

  • To give players a head start when they enter U9’s

  • Learn fundamental skills with a ball

  • Develop a passion for the game and meet new teammates

Staff:

  • Brady Johnson, Technical Director of Three Rivers. He has been at Three Rivers for four years, working with U9-U12. Brady played college soccer at Bethany Lutheran and coached the Three Rivers 2003 girls team that won a national championship this past year.

  • Molly Larson, Youth Director of Three Rivers. This is Molly’s third year with the club, and she is responsible for all U9-U10 teams at Three Rivers. Molly played for Anoka Ramsey CC and won a state soccer tournament with Rogers High School.

  • Sean Beggin, Technical Director of North Metro. Sean has been with North Metro Soccer Association (Three Rivers brother club) for +7 years. He is responsible for all U9-U10 players at North Metro. Sean played for Marquette College and has been the head coach of Champlin Park High School.
