Fall 2008

The registration deadline for fall has passed.

Late mail in registrations are being accepted. Forms can be picked up at local city halls or you can download a form by clicking here.

Fees:
   Recreational $60 includes $10 late fee
   Competitive  $80 includes $10 late fee

Refund Policy

• A written request must be submitted to the Board before a refund will be approved or released.
• The amount of any refund will be the cost of registration, less any administrative expenses.
• The minimum deduction from the cost of registration will be 25% of the registration cost.
• Refunds, beyond the 25% policy amount, must be approved by the Board of Directors.
• If NMSA declines a registration that player will receive a full refund.
• Refunds are subject to MYSA guidelines.
