Winter training is broken up into three sessions. We encourage all players to take some time off during the year rather than participating in all three sessions.
The US Youth Soccer Player Development Model states, "Planned time off is vitally important to avoid over-scheduling,overuse injuries and mental burnout. Both the players and the coaches need time off to recharge their batteries and come back to soccer reinvigorated. It is possible to have too much of a good thing. "
